1 head of spring cabbage
A handful of raw unsalted almonds
150 grams of feta cheese
A handful of fresh thyme

Dressing
Olive oil
White balsamico
Mustard
Honey
Salt & pepper

instructions

Cut the spring cabbage in thin slices and mix it with the almonds, fresh thyme and dressing.

Leave the salad like this for 20-30 minutes. Just before serving, place it on a large flat plate and sprinkle with feta cheese and more fresh thyme.
