ingredients

¼ red cabbage, sliced
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1 cup dragon fruit, cold
1 ripe banana, frozen
1 cup laban or greek yougurt
1 cup water 1/4 cup honey

instructions

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

If your banana isn’t overly ripe, add more honey.
