1 kohlrabi, peeled and grated

1 carrot, peeled and grated

1/4 tsp coriander

1/4 tsp turmeric

1/8 tsp cumin

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1 egg

1/2 cup flour

1 tbsp milk

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Yogurt sauce:

1 cup yogurt

1 tbsp chopped

green onions

1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Salt and pepper


Mix all of the ingredients except the oil. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Place a 1/4 cup spoonful in the pan and press down.

Cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for 1 more minute.

Serve with yogurt sauce.
